Diane Michot, RN, LMT, MLD-C

I offer personalized massage therapy and wellness-focused manual lymphatic drainage in Chattanooga, Tennessee. While I no longer work in bedside nursing, I continue to help people through the art of bodywork.

I completed my massage training at the Nashville School of Massage Therapy and advanced training through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies (ACOLS) in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder technique) and hold the MLD-C credential.

MLD is a gentle technique designed to support the body's natural movement of lymphatic fluid. MLD may be beneficial for temporary swelling associated with certain surgeries, injuries, athletic activity, and other non-lymphedema conditions. Many clients also seek MLD for sinus congestion, post-exercise recovery, relaxation, and overall wellness.

I currently offer wellness-focused MLD and selected post-surgical services with appropriate medical clearance. I do not provide treatment for medically diagnosed lymphedema.

I believe massage and other forms of bodywork provide tremendous benefits for emotional and physical health and wellbeing. That is why I’ve structured my services to be both affordable and flexible.

You do not have to choose a certain type of massage at the time of booking. Every session is tailored to your goals, whether you’re seeking relaxation, stress relief, improved mobility, or support for recovery after athletic activity.
